Airport Arrival/Pick-up Service

With millions of visitors descending into the Florida Panhandle yearly, prearranging airport transportation in advance is essential. Reserving a ride will ensure you get to and from your hotel or destination promptly—no waiting in long lines for rental cars or rideshare drivers to show up. Whether you’re a business traveler, a couple, a big group of friends, or a family traveling with lots of luggage, you can have peace of mind by reserving your airport transportation now. Don’t worry; your driver will be there to pick you up on time and take you straight to your home, hotel, or attraction.

After your transportation is reserved, you will receive a confirmation email/text. You will also receive a reminder text approximately 24 hours before your trip. When you arrive at the destination airport, you can go to the baggage claim area to get your luggage. Your driver will contact you at the number listed on your reservation. Where available, they will be waiting for you inside the baggage claim area, holding a sign with your name. Once you’ve made contact, your driver will help you and your luggage to the vehicle. Our safe, professional, and experienced drivers will provide a seamless travel experience: quick departure and no waiting times.

Deposit:

There is a deposit due to secure your reservation. Per Panhandle Transportation Group’s Deposit Policy, any deposit not paid within 4 hours will cancel your request. After the 4 hours expires, the vehicle, driver, and time slot will be available for other customers to book. Customer cancellations within 48 hours of pickup will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total balance or $25.00, whichever is greater.

A 3.5% convenience fee is added for all credit/debit card transactions.

Custom quotes for daily service, require a deposit of $100.00 per day of service. Per Panhandle Transportation Group’s Deposit Policy, any deposit not paid within 4 hours will cancel your request. After the 4 hours expires, the vehicle, driver, and time slot will be available for other customers to book. Customer cancellations of daily bookings within 72 hours of pickup will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
