Airport Departure/Drop-off Service
Trying to make your flight is the wrong time for “no cars available” or “searching for drivers” standard with rideshare apps with limited availability. The rideshare apps are usually great, but they get overwhelmed easily in this area. Every day, Taxi/Shuttle companies in the area receive multiple phone calls from panicking travelers trying to get to the airport. In many cases, it is too late for us to do anything. Gain peace of mind by prearranging your return trip ahead of time. Stress less, and don’t let the dreaded “no cars available” make you miss your flight.
Reserving a ride will ensure you return to the airport from your hotel on time. Don’t worry- your driver will be there to pick you up on time and take you straight to the airport.
After your transportation is reserved, you will receive a confirmation email/text. You will also receive a reminder text approximately 24 hours before your trip. Your driver will contact you at the number listed on your reservation when they are on the way. Once they arrive, your driver will assist you with your luggage to the vehicle. Our safe, professional, and experienced drivers will provide a seamless travel experience.

There is a deposit due to secure your reservation. Per Panhandle Transportation Group’s Deposit Policy, any deposit not paid within 4 hours will cancel your request. After the 4 hours expires, the vehicle, driver, and time slot will be available for other customers to book. Customer cancellations within 48 hours of pickup will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total balance or $25.00, whichever is greater.
A 3.5% convenience fee is added for all credit/debit card transactions.
Custom quotes for daily service, require a deposit of $100.00 per day of service. Per Panhandle Transportation Group’s Deposit Policy, any deposit not paid within 4 hours will cancel your request. After the 4 hours expires, the vehicle, driver, and time slot will be available for other customers to book. Customer cancellations of daily bookings within 72 hours of pickup will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
